A word that didn’t make the list is faithful. Faithful means reliable, loyal or trustworthy. A faithful person is one you can count on, one who will be there till the bitter end … and beyond. Such dependability is a rare commodity these days. Maybe that explains why faithful didn’t make the list.
But get this, the Bible claims—repeatedly—that God is forever faithful. He doesn’t give up on us, even when we’re faithless (see 2 Timothy 2:13). His love is solid rock. That’s a promise we can count on.
