God Treats You With Tender Mercy
As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.

Compassion is attitude. It’s a strong desire to reach out and alleviate the misery of others.
Compassion is action. It’s a generous lifestyle of demonstrating tender concern to those who suffer.
We all know compassionate people. What would we do without them? But in moments of crisis, what we need most is a touch point with the source of all compassion—our loving heavenly Father. Perfect compassion is what the Lord offers us when we hurt. He will move heaven and earth to help us in our time of need.

MY PRAYER TO GOD
You are a father to your children—a perfect Father. Thank you, Lord, for being strong and gentle, holy and approachable. When your children hurt, you hurt. Your desire is to protect me and give joy. O Father, let me know your gentle concern as I draw near to you today.
